WeblinkBuzz is a backlink price comparison platform that:

• Aggregates and displays real-time guest post pricing from third-party link building marketplaces
• Provides domain-level SEO metrics (DR, DA, organic traffic, spam score, referring domains) sourced from Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, and Moz
• Enables single-domain and bulk-domain backlink price searches
• Provides a marketplace directory to browse and compare guest post and link building services
• Publishes educational blog content related to SEO, link building, and guest posting

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Not have had a previous account terminated by WeblinkBuzz for violation of these Terms

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for a free account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@weblinkbuzz.com if you suspect any unauthorised access

WeblinkBuzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, access restrictions, or account suspensions is prohibited.

4.4 Account Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@weblinkbuzz.com. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Services for lawful purposes, including:

• Researching and comparing guest post pricing for your own SEO campaigns
• Comparing link building costs on behalf of clients as part of a legitimate SEO or digital marketing service
• Using our bulk search tool to analyse multiple domains for campaign planning
• Reading and sharing our educational blog content

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest data from our platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or backend systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into our systems
• Use our Services in any way that could disable, damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Data Misuse
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute data obtained from WeblinkBuzz without prior written authorisation
• Use pricing or domain data to build a competing price comparison product
• Present WeblinkBuzz data as your own proprietary research without attribution
• Use our data to contact website owners or publishers for unsolicited outreach
• Account Abuse
• Create accounts using false identities or misleading information
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Create multiple accounts to exceed free tier limits
• Legal & Ethical Violations
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Facilitate spam, deceptive SEO practices, or link schemes that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines
• Engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to other users or our team

WeblinkBuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy, with or without prior notice.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on the WeblinkBuzz platform — including our logo, branding, website design, code, tool interfaces, written content, blog articles, comparison methodologies, and data presentations — is owned by or licensed to WeblinkBuzz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Third-Party Data

Domain metrics (DR, DA, organic traffic, etc.) are sourced from Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, and Moz. This data remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is displayed under licence. WeblinkBuzz makes no claim of ownership over this data.

6.3 Marketplace Pricing Data

Guest post pricing data is sourced from publicly accessible third-party marketplace listings and aggregated for informational purposes. Prices are subject to change at any time by the respective marketplace.

6.4 User Content

If you submit content to WeblinkBuzz — such as support messages, feedback, or feature requests — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content for operating and improving our Services. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

6.5 Limited Licence to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit our Services or data.

7.1 Free Access

Core features of WeblinkBuzz, including single-domain backlink price searches, are available free of charge. Free tier access may be subject to usage limits, which we reserve the right to modify at any time.

7.2 Paid Plans

We may offer premium plans from time to time. Where paid features are made available:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

7.3 Refunds

As WeblinkBuzz is a data comparison tool and not a transactional marketplace, we do not process refunds for platform access fees once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@weblinkbuzz.com within 7 days of the charge.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. For existing paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

7.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies in your jurisdiction. WeblinkBuzz may collect applicable sales tax or VAT where required by law.

8.1 We Are Not a Marketplace

WeblinkBuzz is a price comparison tool. We do not operate a marketplace, process link building transactions, or guarantee delivery of any guest post, backlink, or SEO service. All transactions occur directly between you and the third-party marketplace (Adsy, Getfluence, WhitePress, Collaborator.pro, and others listed on our platform).

8.2 No Endorsement

The listing of any marketplace or publisher on WeblinkBuzz does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of that marketplace's services, reliability, or quality. We encourage you to conduct independent due diligence before making any purchase.

8.3 Third-Party Terms

When you click through to a third-party marketplace, you are subject to that marketplace's own terms, privacy policy, and refund policies. WeblinkBuzz accepts no responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of third-party platforms.

8.4 Pricing Accuracy

9.1 "As Is" Basis

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeblinkBuzz disclaims all warranties including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed

9.2 Data Accuracy Disclaimer

SEO metrics are sourced from third-party providers and are displayed for informational purposes only. WeblinkBuzz does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. Metrics may not reflect real-time conditions and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

9.3 SEO Results Disclaimer

Using our platform to research and purchase backlinks does not guarantee any specific SEO outcome, ranking improvement, or increase in organic traffic. SEO results depend on numerous factors outside WeblinkBuzz's control.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeblinkBuzz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeblinkBuzz, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our Services in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit to our platform
• Any dispute between you and a third-party marketplace

11.1 Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. WeblinkBuzz is not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

11.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect core functionality.

11.3 Feature Changes

Features available in the free tier may be moved to paid plans at our discretion. Where this occurs, registered users will receive at least 14 days' advance notice.

12.1 Termination by WeblinkBuzz

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Provided false information during registration
• Attempted to harm our platform, users, or third-party marketplaces

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access our Services ceases immediately
• Any data associated with your account may be deleted after 30 days
• Outstanding payment obligations remain due
• Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive

12.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting support@weblinkbuzz.com within 14 days of the termination notice.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at weblinkbuzz.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@weblinkbuzz.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

14.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.

14.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or address matters that cannot be adequately remedied through arbitration.

14.5 EEA and UK Users

If you are located in the EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms limits your rights to bring claims before your local courts or seek relief from your national consumer protection authority.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeblinkBuzz regarding your use of our Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

15.6 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and WeblinkBuzz.
